Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to office staff, managers, supervisors, remote users, and other end-users across multiple locations. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering effective technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond quickly and efficiently to help desk requests for technical support in person, via calls, chat, and email.
- Identifies, researches and resolves technical hardware and software issues to meet or exceed end user's satisfaction.
- Use ticketing system to document requests and issues to ensure a timely resolution.
- Route issues and requests to appropriate IT resource. Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Assist with training end users.
- Maintain hardware and software licensing inventory and assignments.
- Assign users and computers to proper groups including door and gate access
- Process IT orders and receive hardware and software.
- Assist in daily procedures and various IT projects.
- Image, install, and setup PC’s / workstations.
- Supply after-hours support and work when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have 1-2 years of customer service related experience. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant technical experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and communicate via person-to-person, phone and email.
- Preferably has CompTIA A+ or other related certificates.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Does not own or maintain routine contact with birds, pigs or cattle.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floors
- Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Working in a farm environment with very dusty conditions
