Introduction: Set your own schedule and stay on-the-go as a Retail Sales Representative. Our Representatives are a friendly face and point of contact for retail grocery store managers and ensure the Eggland’s Best brand is properly displayed for consumers to easily find. Purpose:

The Sales Representative is a direct day-to-day point of contact between the company and it's retail customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality service to assigned sales territory as required to meet specific store needs
Performing all sales, service, marketing and merchandising activity in assigned sales territory
Gain additional product facings
Sell in secondary promotional locations
Merchandise and pack out our products according to company standard

Requirements:

3+ years experience in sales merchandising preferred
3+ years experience in the grocery industry preferred
Associates degree preferred
Ability and willingness to preform repeated bending and lifting up to 50 pounds sometimes in close quarters
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels
Demonstrates positive attitude when dealing with customers and coworkers
Ability to learn from mistakes and possess effective listening skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have reliable transportation
